RECIPES BELOW. And for those of you wondering how much food I actually eat, I don’t show my extra servings in these videos because I make these videos mostly to give you ideas for new meals/recipes. My smoothie is always 1L but often more, and I normally have 2-3 servings of my meals unless I use my giant bowl and dump a bunch of food in it (but thats never pretty enough for a video!)

Miso Gravy:
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
2-3 green onions, chopped
2 cups vegetable broth
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp miso
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp of sage/thyme/rosemary

Salute the mushrooms and onions in a pot with some water. When they have softened, all the other ingredients to that same pot and stir until combined. Turn the heat up and continue to stir. The mixture should thicken on it’s own but if it doesn’t you can add 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp water. That will definitely thicken it! Keep stirring so it doesn’t boil and burn. You can leave it chunky, or you can blend it smooth like I did. Don’t blend it while it is still hot! That’s dangerous. 🙂 Enjoy!

Pasta recipe:
1/4 cup pesto ( recipe here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h36v7y8fuZg)
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup almond milk
chopped vegetables

Salute the vegetables in a pan with some water. Add the tomato sauce, pesto and your favourite cooked pasta. Stir until everything is combined. Let it simmer on the heat until it becomes very thick and creamy. Enjoy!
