HEY GUYS!! I really hope you enjoy my Vegan Red Beans and Rice Recipe!! We literally eat this almost every week because it’s so good. 😀

MY VEGAN RED BEANS AND RICE RECIPE

1 CUP WHOLE GRAIN BROWN RICE
1 CUP QUINOA
-COOKED IN 4 CUPS OF WATER FOR 45-50 MINUTES

MIX IN:
1 29oz CAN OF KIDNEY BEANS (DRAINED)
1 CAN AMY’S ORGANIC CHILI (VEGAN)
1 CANNED CORN
¼-1/2 PACKET OF TACO SEASONING (VEGAN)
-SIMMER ADDITIONAL 5 MINUTES SO FLAVORS BLEND TOGETHER

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS/CONDIMENTS:
DAIYA CHEESE
GUACAMOLE MIX
ASSORTED VEGGIES
DAIYA OR TOFUTTI SOUR CREAM
MRS. RENFROS BLACK BEAN SALSA
ICEBERG LETTUCE
