Peanut Butter Energy Bombs

11- On a wooden cutting board, spread out an amount of cereal. Pass the rolling pin over it until it is broken down into small pieces. Put the crushed cereal in a mixing bowl and repeat until you have finished crushing the entire box. Spoon the peanut or nut butter on top of cereal and mix with a large wooden spoon. When the cereal is completely covered with the butter, add your sweetener and mix thoroughly.

22- Take out a cookie sheet. With your hands, make small to medium-sized balls with the mix. You may need two cookie sheets depending on the size of ball you want. I recommend the size of a ping-pong ball for small children as - like I said - these are ENERGY balls! For older children, you can go up to the size of an egg.

33- Put in fridge overnight so they harden well. Store in a large Tupperware container in the fridge.

1- One box of cereal, preferable a corn or bran flake or rice crispies, but nothing fancy - no dried fruits or nuts, just the actual cereal

2- Half a jar of peanut (or any other nut) butter, preferably natural (or more, if you want)

3- A few tablespoons of either: corn syrup, agave, maple, caramel-like panela/jaggery

**Before starting, make sure you have enough space to put one or two large cookie sheets in your fridge to harden the energy bombs.
