No Salmon Sushi

11- Cook the rice as per instructions on the box.

22- While the rice cooks, blend the sesame seeds, lemon, garlic, and dill until smooth, adding oil as needed to make a creamy texture. This is tahini.

33- Place carrot pulp into a large mixing bowl with the tahini. Add salt and mix well.

44- Place a nori sheet on a chopping board. Spoon out 1/4 of the rice and spread evenly on the nori. Add 1/4 of the carrot and tahini mix.

55- Roll the sushi and cut into bite-size pieces. Normally cutting it in 8 is perfect.

66- Repeat steps 4 and 5 until done.


1- pulp from 5 juiced carrots

2- 2 cups sesame seeds

3- 1 lemon, juiced

4- 3 cloves of garlic

5- 1/2 cup of olive oil

6- Four nori sheets (seaweed paper)

7- 1 1/2 cups sushi rice
