Macaroni with Dill Cheeze Sauce

11- Cook macaroni as per instructions on the box.

22- In a blender, blend the sunflower seeds and the garlic, adding water slowly to the mixture until it becomes smooth. Add the dill and the lemon juice and mix well.

33- When the pasta is cooked, drain and return to the pan. Add the cheeze, stirring thoroughly to cover the macaroni well. Heat on low for about 5 minutes, stirring often.


1- 400g of macaroni

2- 2 cups of sunflower seeds, previously soaked for 4 hours

3- 1 lemon, juiced

4- 3 cloves of garlic

5- 1 cup of water

6- 1 bunch of fresh dill
