Korean Spicy Rice Cake aka TeokBokki by Omma’s Home

Serving: 4-6 People and if you take off fish cake then it’s vegan or vegetarian recipe

2 pounds of Korean Teokbokki
1 cup of gochujang
4 cup of water or use green tea by boiling it first
1 large jalapeno
1 medium carrot
1 medium onion
3-5 stalks of green onion
¼ pack of round cabbage or a cup
Optional: 4 packets of green to a boiling water and use that as a stock
1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil
Toasted sesame seeds for garnishment
Salt or soup soy sauce to your taste
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
OPTIONAL: Fish Cake and get the smallest package which has coupe of sheets
